NIA to fill the gap in awareness and understanding of spray foam insulation.
The National Insulation Association reveal information about their forthcoming Spray Foam insulation awareness programme, that seek to increase awareness of suitable spray foam insulation applications to specifiers and building owners.
Spray foam insulation has been around for a long time and is a tried and tested method of insulating buildings. However, despite the many benefits of spray foam insulation and range of specialist applications it is suitable for their is currently a very low level of awareness among specifiers and building owners’.
Spray Foam Awareness Programme
This is about to change – NIAs members include leading system suppliers and installers of injected and spray foam insulation and working with them is going to undertake an awareness programme over the coming months which will include a new spray foam insulation section on the NIA website and a direct link to suppliers and installers.
Commenting on this initiative Neil Marshall CEO said:
“Spray foam insulation is particularly suitable for certain types of buildings and specialist applications however, we have identified that awareness and understanding of spray foam insulation in the market place is very low, therefore working with our members we intend to address this over the coming months“.
